The English carols recorded by the King's College Choir have appeared in many guises over the years and this collection draws together 25 of the most popular. They are, of course, sung in traditional style but are none the worse for that.
Although the collections of St John's College directed by George Guest and of Trinity College directed by Richard Marlow remain my favourites by Cambridge choirs, these are fine performances.
